Sequoia National Park

This photo was taken while visiting Sequoia National Park during my annual National Park trip in November of 2023. The year 2023 brought many challenges, disappointments, heartbreak and grief, but it was here in Sequoia National Park while walking amongst the giant sequoias that I found a glimmer of peace. It's amazing what you see and experience whenever you look up at these magnificent trees; it makes your struggles seem small compared to what these sequoias have experienced for thousands of years.
