Visiting the enchanting state of NM to view the Annular Solar Eclipse. Albuquerque and the surrounding areas were in the perfect spot to view the eclipse and we picked El Malpais National Monument as there were numerous rangers on site to explain the phenomenon as well as have special filters for telescopes so that that we could view the eclipse live.
I had to use a filter on my long lens to capture a nice clean view of the total Annular Eclipse with a beautiful golden ring.
