This photo was taken at Mesa Arch on Nov 11, 2023. The people in the photo had risen early and braved the cold temperatures to view and photograph the sunrise. Some arrived as much as one and a half hours early to obtain "first row seats". I arrived about 30 minutes before sunrise and was rewarded with a second row spot. After taking my unobstructed photo of the sunrise, I decided to capture this scene as well.
