A large black bear walking across a dirt road after taking a swim in a canal at Alligator River. Black and white photography isn't my forte, but I'm trying it out a bit more and like the results from this shot.
Fun facts: There are around 15,000 black bears in North Carolina, and the Albemarle-Pamlico Peninsula of North Carolina has the highest black bear densities in the world!
