Mt. St. Elias, the 2nd highest mountain in both the U.S. and Canada at 18,008 ft. , straddles the border between the two countries dominating the landscape over Icy Bay seen during a flight seeing tour. The mountain rises its 18,000 feet in under 10 miles and is part of the highest coastal mountain range on earth.
