Driving through Yellowstone NP we tend to slow our speed well below the limit in order to find wildlife alongside the road. Sometimes they lay down in the trees like this rocky mountain bull elk did. Had we been driving much faster we wouldn't have seen it at all. After quietly capturing a few shots, I left him in peace to continue resting out of sight.
