Rock columns, balanced rocks and other incredible formations are waiting to be explored at Chiricahua. This place blew my mind! I could have spent many days and weeks here exploring the different trails through the rocks and canyons of this incredible National Monument, but time and weather pushed me out. These formations do have the weather to thank for their funky shape so I gladly retreated because strong wind and rain was in the forecast for the next couple weeks. The weather will create more rock art for everyone to enjoy as this place constantly changes from erosion.
