In the summer the Chinese lotuses flood the pond here. They're a pale yellow and very beautiful. But on that day, I snapped a picture of the cattails and wildflowers next to the pond under a blue clouded sky. If you look closely you might see the lilies in the background. Taken 8/11/23 on iPhone 13.
