Two pairs of big horn sheep ewe and lamb blend in the badlands background really well on a raining spring day in mid May. I have taken some close up shots of the sheep bit earlier here. However, when I zoomed out, I was struck by how well camouflaged they were against the badlands background, especially the lambs. I can see now most directly why protecting the habitat of the wildlife is so important, especially for the next generation of wildlife.
