This photo was taken on a recent sea/land tour of Alaska. We visited Sitka via Cruise Ship on July 4th and immediately sought out the beauty of the Totem Poles at Sitka National Historic Park. It was a grey and overcast day, providing just enough light to highlight the beautiful carvings of the totem poles and the backdrop of the pine trees.
