My cousin and I explored Arches National Park in the dark of night to chase the milky way. We found a spot where I set up my tripod in the empty parking lot to take a long exposure on a cold still December night. The sky was so brilliant, it reminded me of a quote from Romeo & Juliet, "...Take him and cut him out in little stars, and he will make the face of heaven so fine that all the world will be in love with night and pay no worship to the garish sun."
