I was solo adventuring through several national parks until I reached Yellowstone. It was getting late in the evening and I had yet to find a campsite for the evening as I was coming upon Old Faithful. I had just missed geyser going off and had to decided whether to stay and see it or move on to find a place to stay overnight before dark. As I made my decision, an hour went by and still no activity. I was getting nervous about my decision, when all of a sudden Old Faithful began to perform. Out of the corner of my eye, I spotted a giant emerging from behind a tree to enjoy the view with me. This photo is a manifestation of adventure and patience. I will never forget this moment.
