Here we find the Colorado River, downstream from Moab, UT- meandering its way through the beginning of Canyonlands National Park. This part of Utah is deeply special for me, and is like no other place I've found.
What strikes me is the power is the seemingly placid waters of the Colorado. Here it is calm and smooth, yet it did its part to literally carve this magnificent landscape.
