While hiking a cross a land bridge to a secluded historic Native American structure, I noticed how the warm light struck the red rock and Green plants of the canyon which formed a beautiful backdrop to which the center butte was emphasized. I took a couple of shots and found that this shot particularly captured the colors of the structures. Although the historic structure cannot be viewed through my photo, the beauty of the area speaks numbers to the wisdom of those who inhabited the rock before.
