Black Hills National Park

Chicago natives here! Last August, my partner and I hit the road, setting our sights on South Dakota and Wyoming. Our second leg of the trip was the Black Hills and Custer Park.
The name of this trail escapes me, but oh, the magic of its winding railings and stone steps, leading to someplace enchanting! The path stretched further than anticipated; shoutout to my spouse, the unsung hero, lugging all our gear. His fitness level might've protested, but he powered through. He's my superhero, truly!
