We were sitting near this rock eating lunch during the hike to Sahale Glacier, when a marmot scurried toward us to see what we were eating. We quickly packed away our food and left before the marmot came close. After we walked away, the marmot climbed up the rock and struck a perfect pose with the beautiful scenery in the background.
