I shot this photo of my friends (novice and experienced paddlers) weaving through the ice berglets in Tracy Arm on their way to Dawes Glacier. This is a special place, between the floating ice, abundant wildlife like seals and otters, waterfalls, and calving glaciers. The roar of white thunder as another chunk falls off Dawes glacier is powerful.
