Inside death valley is a forest of Joshua trees of all shapes and sizes so wide that its easy to get lost amongst them all. After springing a flat tire on my way down the road I was feeling pretty down and depressed. Of course, all of that melted away real quick when the stars came out over my camp site brighter than I'd ever seen before. I knew I had to try to get a shot of it with the trees, and in the end, the flat tire didn't feel so bad after all.
