After spending all day hiking and climbing around and generally feeling like an astronaut exploring the surface of Mars, the sun started to set but the temperature still felt fine, so of course I wanted to keep exploring. Just before the light faded I found these rocks that seemed to lead to a mountain in the background. And once I realized the milky way was going to pass there anyway, I knew I had to shoot it! Can't wait to go camping here again.
