The Mariposa Lily is always a welcome sight. After most desert wildflower are done blooming and dried up, the Mariposa Lily seems to appear as if overnight. It has a stem and usually 2 flowers at the top. It is a cultural plant and ranges in colors from white, pink, and lavender.
