The magic of 399 transcends the imagination. While the world was mired in Covid, this ambassador for her species emerged from her den at the grand old age of 25 with FOUR cubs! She was amazing to watch, and amazing to watch other people feel her magic! In this image, she traipsed through the snow back to her den on New Years Day 2021, all 4 now yearling cubs in tow. The story unfolded as we never imagined, as she successfully went on to raise all 4 cubs to their independence.
