On August 20th, 2021, the sky was filled with fog, but my fiance and I decided to explore some of Acadia's trails as we would only be there for a couple of days. We were glad we didn't wait for sunshine, because the views ended up being phenomenal, with clouds hugging the pink granite landscape and highlighting the beautiful evergreen trees. As we slowly made our way through the quiet park, enjoying the peace that comes over Acadia, we saw a few people on the trails, but it wasn't crowded that day.
