This is the first glimpse of the volcano as you enter on the south side, before the entry gate. At this time in early June, the soft green of the grasses were very soothing. The subtle colors on the volcano were very striking on this gorgeous spring day. The overall contrast between the hard and dark volcano and the soft green of the grass is the highlight for me.
