Yellow Lady Slippers bloom near White Oak Sinks in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Almost killed off by over zealous photographers the Yellow Lady Slippers were struggling to survive. Until the NPS stepped in and created a “safe zone” around them. And now we’re there we’re just three barely clinging to life now there’s a group of six.
