This guy sat just below the cliff line for at least half an hour. He watched the ladies graze around the rocky hillside but he didn't budge. I sat and waited. It was about 17° and you would think those blue skies kept me warm, but no. A breeze had picked up and left my gloves in my car. Come on buddy, I kept thinking. Just stand up. I knew if he did stand, I would have seconds to capture my shot. As a professional photographer, I wasn't about to give up. Come on buddy, I thought again, alternating warming my hands in my coat pocket. A light whispy cloud developed behind the cliff, and the blue skies popped against it. Then he stood! I captured 3 shots as he crossed against the bright blue sky before tucking behind the rocks. Finally, I could go warm up my hands.
