This was the first time hiking the Grinnell Glacier Trail, and it turned out to be the most spectacular one I have done. This was sunset had dipped below the peaks of the mountains and the rays lit up the clouds spectacularly above Angel Wing and Mount Gould. I wish I could just stand there and stare at it for ages, but getting back to the trail head before dark was a good motivator to keep going.
