Ute Canyon was one of my favorite canyon stops in the National Monument park. It was slightly overcast and raining by the time we got to this part of the park, and I enjoyed the beauty of the canyon with the moody lighting and how quiet it was from other parts of the park. I thought the frame of the weathered trees framed the shot beautifully.
