How often does it happen to us that we come to a location, full of ideas to photograph only to find out that the conditions threw a monkey wrench into our perfect plans? This famous location attracts photographers from all continents. They mostly come to shoot colorful reflections with epic skies. On this day, though the weather was fierce with gusty winds, overcast sky, and a lot of foam in the water that accumulated at the shore. I realized the full potential of these conditions only when it started getting dark as the exposure times increased. The foam and the choppy waters were similar to conditions one usually experiences at the sea shore. What would otherwise be boring water became intricate foreground with wisps of white mist hugging the stones in the foreground. Every shot was unique. I stayed till it was too dark to shoot. True blue hours magic. There are no unusable conditions, just boxed minds.
