They may be common, but we don't have them where I'm from, so I think they're cool. This spotted towhee was photographed in the desert garden at Bosque del Apache which posed as a unique and vibrant setting. I took this on a trip with some fellow students in the Colorado State University Ornithology Club. Gotta give the sparrows some love.
