My husband and I tried for the lottery to hike Coyote Buttes and The Wave but were not lucky enough to nab one. We also were not able to see Antelope Canyon because the Navajo parks were all closed due to Covid. We learned that we could hike the slot canyons from Buckskin Gulch Trail with no advance permit, so that is what we did. This was a spectacular trail; so worth it!
