Built in 1930, and still a sight to behold on Lake McDonald today. This shot was taken on a day when wildfire smoke made the beauty of Glacier National Park almost non-existent. You could not see much of anything through the thick smoke. But, the park always shines in some way. In this case, it was the beauty of DeSmet bringing a new dimension to how clearly we see what an amazing park Glacier is.
