When my wife and I first visited Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument in July 1992, the mountain was shrouded in fog and mist and barely visible. When we visited again this past July we were grateful to discover it was a clear, beautiful day. The beautiful scenery was only enhanced by wildflowers everywhere.
