Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore is located in Michigan on Lake Superior. Water that seeps out of the sandstone cliffs freezes to form icicles and columns of ice tempting a few hardy souls to go ice climbing. Although I was not inclined to partake in the sport, I did enjoy taking photos of those who did.
