I call this photo, 'Cactus Crown'. It was made in Saguaro National Park (East) in Tucson, Arizona, home of the Sonoran Desert flora and fauna. Yellow flower buds adorn the fishhook barrel cactus like a crown protected by long hook spines. The barrel cactus always faces south (interesting fact).
