I was very excited when he first found Pine Island Double Falls in the Daniel Boone National Forest in Kentucky. He had been told it was there. However, the double waterfall was not on any designated trail. The photographer had to do a fair amount of bushwhacking to get there. While photographing the falls the I determined the photo would be best with a human element in the frame. Unfortunately, I was alone that day. I used a tripod and delayed shutter release to insert myself in the photo. I used a 2 second shutter speed to accentuate the flowing water.
