This is Roaring Fork. The stream is located in the White River National Forest (Colorado) and the Mt. Evans Wilderness. The stream is a short hike from Forest Service's Difficult Campground, near Aspen, Colorado. The photographer used a 1/2 second shutter speed to accentuate the movement of the water. The photograph was taken on September 29, 2020, which coincided with the peak in Colorado's fall-color season.
