Arches National Park

This photo is of the Milky Way over Balanced Rock in Arches National Park. The photo was taken at 4:46 AM on April 7, 2022. No intentional light painting was used. The photographer intended for the 128 foot high Balanced Rock to be silhouetted under the Milky Way. However, while the shutter was open for the 15 second exposure a car passed in the distance providing just enough light to provide some detail on Balance Rock.
