"Under the Core"

I had the humble pleasure of staying in a cabin on Isle Royale in late August of 2021. One night, we had a clear evening and late moonrise. It was a dream to be able to capture the core of the Milky Way under the dark-night skies of one of the most remote National Parks in our country. Isle Royale is a special place, one that represents the heart and soul of a true north woods atmosphere.
