In Texas in early spring the Aransas NWR was quiet and misty. We saw whooping cranes and a bobcat but were not able to get high enough resolution photos to submit to the contest. However along the refuge scenic drive I shot these two peaceful deer grazing in the wetland - this photo captured the prevailing calm pervading the entire park.
