I took this photo while sitting beside the Grand Canyon at sunset. This will forever remain my fondest memory of our "first family road-trip" with our two little girls. The lovely yellow sun setting, the canyon so grand, the little open eyes and open hearts beside me, and my awesome husband (who was brave enough to take that 16 hour drive with me) close by. The national parks are our country's treasure and the memories of time spent there, as a family, is a gift we will always cherish.
