This is Bas (born 2008) with his grandmother Ans (born in 1946) during a hike in Columbia River Gorge National scenic Area. Bas was only 4 years old at the time and taking a 3 hour hike with his mother and grandmother in the gorge. He was unstoppable, like his grandmother, grandma loves hiking and had recently hiked in Nepal for days. Being active must keep you young?
