Flattery Rocks National Wildlife Refuge

When I saw this eagle, it was just standing on a rock, looking out the ocean. Holding the camera in my hand, ready to press at any given moment, I took a few pretty interesting pictures of this eagle. "Private Moment" was taken at the moment he lifted his tail. I pressed right away, hoping and “praying” loudly in my head “let me get the picture”! Oh yes, I did! I couldn't believe my eyes when I check the photos in my cameras – I caught his private moment! :)
