Self-Portrait. A warm spring day was the perfect kickoff to the backpacking season but the snowpack hadn’t yet disappeared at 6,000 feet on the slopes of Mt Jefferson and there was still ice covering most of the good swimming holes. Still couldn’t pass up the opportunity for a self-portrait.
