I probably have a hundred photos of heron. We watch them for hours creeping along slowly on their long legs looking for dinner. However, we've never seen one actually feeding - until this day. This is a picture just after the heron captured the fish. I have a later picture of it swallowing the fish and another with the fish bulging in its skinny neck.
