While waiting for the afternoon Condor Talk at Grand Canyon South Rim, I noticed large, vulture-sized birds flying over the canyon. Someone yelled out "Those are Condors, folks!" So I took some pictures hoping to capture one in flight. I didn't realize I had caught a California Condor in flight until a few days later, after recharging the camera battery in a motel, when I had a chance to review my pics.
