Into the Light - Grand Canyon
A clearing storm on the north rim of the Grand Canyon provided me some magical foggy forest scenes. I had set up my tripod and was shooting some sunburst and the occasional light beam when I noticed this deer off to my left. I thought to myself, "maybe if I am real quiet and real patient...." And before I knew it he was standing beautifully in the middle of my frame and all I had to do was "click." I guess sometimes lucky is better than good!
