This was the first stop on our family vacation and we had driven 14 hours straight. When we arrived at the Great Sand Dunes it had just rained and the river was flowing (which really only happens during the spring). The picture is of my wife and 9 year old daughter running due to excitement and pent up energy. Free at last!!
