Sometimes it rains lightly on beach days but then if you're in the water where you are supposed to be when at the beach, it doesn't matter! This is the approach to Coast Guard Beach when I get here I get really excited to just run into the water! There is a thin slice of dry sand under the fence and the lifeguards in their rain suits still guarding the few swimmers who chose to show up.
