"Bear Hug" We entered bear country not knowing what to expect. Of all the bear experiences and remarkable sights that Katmai National Park had to offer watching these two brown bears play was the most incredible. They gently rubbed faces and paws on each other like old friends or siblings. I snapped this shot for the moment that they were hugging like humans. It was only for a minute but I will never forget that experience of watching these bears play and my experience at Katmai National Park.
