Nice little stream off the Alpine Lakes Loop trail after a late Autumn snowfall in Great Basin National Park. This was our first visit to Great Basin. My wife and I arrived just after a light snowfall in October and had this trail (and much of the park) all to ourselves. For several hours, the only sounds we heard were our voices and the occasional trickle of water.
